Interactions/Interruptions is a temporary public art program that celebrates the UrbanArt Commission's 10th anniversary. This is a student call to artists. Four students from the tri-state area (TN, MS, AR) will receive $1,000 each. Artists should propose potential locations or types of locations for the proposed public art projects.
