BARGAIN SMART, NOT HARD: GETTING A BETTER DEAL
Cost: FREE to the public, but must RSVP to email@example.com to attend
Negotiation is an important skill, both professionally and personally. In our first program on negotiation, we introduced "hard bargaining" and focused on such topics as bargaining ranges, opening offers/demands, and concession making. In this second program on negotiation, we will introduce "smart bargaining" and focus on such topics as interests, option generation, and objective standards. This program will be interactive.
Taught by Chris Guthrie, Professor of Law, from Vanderbilt University Law School. The program is FREE and open to the public. To attend, you must RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org by Mon., Feb. 9th. Priority will be given to people who attended the first negotiation seminar in October.
