TNVLA presents: LEGAL ISSUES FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS (CLE Approved) Date: Mon., Oct. 20th, 2008 Time: 6:00-7:30p.m. Co-Sponsor/Location: Watkins College of Art, Design & Film, 2298 Rosa L. Parks Blvd. (MetroCenter) This seminar will introduce photography artists to legal issues that might arise regarding their work such as how to obtain copyright registration, fair use, and privacy rights. Presented by Alex MacKay and Tara Aaron, TNVLA volunteer lawyers from Stites & Harbison. This seminar is free and open to the public. There is a fee for lawyers seeking CLE credit: $35 for TNVLA Member Lawyers; $50 Non-Members (for 1.5 hours CLE credit).
