What does it mean to accept a position on the board of a nonprofit arts organization? What legal rights and responsibilities do you incur as a result of your commitment? This seminar will answer these questions and more. A great program for new board members as well as experienced ones! Presented by Marc Jenkins, TNVLA volunteer lawyer from Hubbard, Berry & Harris.
This seminar is free and open to the public. There is a fee for lawyers seeking CLE credit: $35 for TNVLA Member Lawyers; $50 Non-Members (for 1.5 hours CLE credit). If you would like to attend, you must RSVP to info@tnvla.org by Mon., Nov. 10th.
