Spotlight on Opposites
Up/down, peace/war, dark/light, left/right, hot/cold, life/death – these opposites and many others like them incite much dialogue and imagery. This competition will select one emerging artist whose work deals with opposites for a 1 page article spotlighting his/her work in Visual Overture Magazine. The opposing dualities may be expressed in a variety of ways – subject matter, symbols, color combinations, audience participation, and/or other creative avenues.
