Two new artist studios are available for rent beginning Dec. 1st at Open Lot Nashville:

-150 sq. ft. ($200/mo.). 24/7 access with free parking and use of 3,000 sq. ft. communal work area for larger projects. Studio rental includes use of communal wood/metal shop and free entry into group art exhibits put on by Open Lot. Building currently houses 10 artists with garage bay door for easy load-in of artwork, furniture and supplies.
