David Plunkert is a co-founder of Spur Design. His illustrations have appeared on ad campaigns for Adidas, Gatorade, Motorola and MTV. His work has been featured in publications including The New York Times, Newsweek, The New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal and Time. His work has been recognized by Communications Arts, the Society of Illustrators and American Illustration and collected by the Library of Congress as well as museums both nationally and abroad. The public is invited to this reception and lecture. Admission is $5 for students and AIGA members, and $10 for non-members.
