ARTDOCS FUNDRAISER
On Thursday, October 23, 2008, ArtDocs Nashville, will be hosting its first annual kickoff/fundraiser from 7-10 pm at Limelight Nashville. For this event, ArtDocs is asking for artists to submit works for auction. Please follow the guidelines below in submitting your work.

ABOUT ARTDOCS
ArtDocs is a non-profit organization that provides free medical care to local uninsured artists. All of the money raised at the event will be used to pay for critical aspects of medical care such as lab testing or imaging studies. Health care provider time is donated.


ARTIST INFO
+ Works will not be juried; the first 60 pieces received will be auctioned
+ Participation or Application Fee: $0
+ Size Limit: Pieces must be able to fit through the door at Limelight 
+ 1 piece of artwork per artist
+ Silent Auction: Works priced with a minimum bid of $99 and below will be placed into Silent Auction; Bid Increment = $5
+ Live Auction: Works priced with a minimum bid of $100 and up to $6,000 will be placed into Live Auction; Bid Increment = $20
+ Artist sets Minimum Bid
+ Percentage of sale donated to ArtDocs: 75%
Percentage of sale to artist: 25%
+ Artwork must be dry and ready to hang
+ Artwork must be labeled with form provided on back of work



DATES AND DEADLINES

+ Deadline to Apply: October 17, 2008
+ Artwork Drop off: at a TBA location on Sunday, Oct 19th between 12 - 3 pm.
+ Artwork Pick up: TBA
+ Artwork images sent in for press by: October 8, 2008

+ Send images of your work for press consideration to artdocsnashville@gmail.com by October 8, 2008 File Requirements: 300 DPI; JPEG
