Waynesville Public Art Commission has issued a call to all professional artists, residing in both North Carolina and Tennessee, to create an artistic railing at a Main Street public park to honor the historic connection between the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Town of Waynesville. Open to all professional artists, or team of artists, over the age of 18, residing in North Carolina or Tennessee, the two states contiguous with Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
