We are currently accepting applications. This will be a juried placement. In exchange for a minimal rent, the selected artist will receive studio space in the gallery and numerous benefits and exposure.


RENT: Please inquire
EXPOSURE and BENEFITS: Featured at the Gallery Crawls and on the website. A studio in a commercial gallery in the downtown gallery district. Financial opportunity for gallery commissions
SQUARE FOOTAGE: 225, lighting and desk included (door with horses, architect style)
NOTES ON USE OF SPACE:
· Lease required. Must add The Arcade Co. as additionally insured to your insurance policy.
· 24/7 access to building and 24/7 security
· A clean use of the desk is permitted (maybe a small easel). Internet provided for laptops.
· No large works. Dry or semi-dry materials are preferred. Nothing dangerous, loud or messy.
· Supplies must be stored away to maintain a clean, professional environment in the gallery.
· The Gallery is technically open for business if you are there but gallery owners are not. (You are not responsible for speaking with guests but we can educate you if you wish.
