Application Form

Booth information and pricing
Booth sizes are 10' X 10'. All crafters must bring their own tables,
chairs and tent (if desired). Set up will be Saturday, September 20
from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. If electricity is required, notice must be
given when submitting the application and will be awarded on a first-
come, first-served basis.

Standard booth space for the day is $25.00. Booth with electrical
hook-up is $35.00.
Payment will be made prior to set-up on September 20.

Cancellation may be made without penalty for any payment received
prior to September 1. No refunds will be made for cancellations
after September 1.

The show goes on rain or shine, and each exhibitor should make
arrangements for wind or rain.

Check must accompany application form.
(A $20.00 fee is charged for returned checks)

All sales handled by exhibitor. Berry Hill/Berry Hill Merchants Assn
takes no commission on sales.

Exhibitors are encouraged to submit images that Berry Hill/Berry Hill
Merchants Assn may use for publicity purposes. Images must be
in .jpg form, minimum of 300 dpi.

Exhibitors are encouraged to provide email and/or mail lists that
Berry Hill/Berry Hill Merchants Assn may use to promote the craft
fair. These lists will ONLY be used to promote this craft fair on
9/20/08.
These lists will not be sold or otherwise distributed.

It is understood that Berry Hill/Berry Hill Merchants Assn does not
carry insurance to cover
your personal property or liability.

Berry Hill/Berry Hill Merchants Assn reserves the right to ask any
exhibitor who does not comply with stated policies or causes undue
disruption to leave the show at any time without refund of fees.

Your signature on the entry form indicates an agreement to hereby and
forever discharge Berry Hill/Berry Hill Merchants Assn from all
matters of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in
law or equity from any loss or damage to the signee's property while
in passion, supervision or auspices of Berry Hill/Berry Hill
Merchants Assn, its agents, representatives, or employees.

For all disputes, resolution shall occur under the laws of the State
of Tennessee.
