SEEKS TO COMMISSION ARTISTS
Deadline: August 19. Two design projects for Town Point Park, a seven-acre Festival Park at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay on the water's edge of the Elizabeth River. 1) Water Feature – Artist wanted to design a signature water feature. 2) Perimeter – Artist wanted to design a perimeter that clearly delineates the street edge as a fence between Town Point Park on Waterside Drive and Downtown Norfolk.
