Cages Bend Community Art Sale: Gallatin: Sept 19, 20, 2008

Please see the information below about the upcoming Cages Bend Community Art Sale.
Registration for space has officially begun, To participate read on:

NO BOOTH FEE

20% of sales to benefit Rehoboth United Methodist Women's Ministry Fund
( accounting of your sales will be based on the honor system !)
To help us keep track of just how many people will be participating
please fill out the form at the end of this message after printing it out
AND mail it.


Indoor space: $20.00 refundable reservation fee
Outdoor space: $15.00 refundable reservation fee

For indoor placement you will have the use of one 8-10' table
and some power source should you need it for lighting.
No light fixtures will be provided. (approximately 30 spaces 5"x8")

For outdoor placement we have a covered gazebo with a concrete
floor, first come first served on these 10 spaces with power outlets otherwise you should be
prepared with some type of portable shelter, and your own table.
for space in our parking lot which can accommodate 50 vendors.

Friday, September 19,2008 indoor vendors only 6pm-9pm (we have no overnight security for outside)
this will be offered by special invitation only for previewing

Saturday, September 20th 10:00am-5:00pm Rain or Shine

We realize that art is subjective, however ,please respect that this event is being held on
holy ground and discretion is required.
