Beginners welcome! You will learn how LUSCIOUS and VERSATILE the world of
encaustics is and BEE introduced to the more advanced techniques including
shellac, collage and PHOTO and drawing transfer. Painting with beeswax is
fun and easy! Students will prepare their own surface and learn how to make
their own medium and paint. Two finished paintings will be completed in this
class as well as several small paintings.
Supplies: Students will provide their own panels on Sunday. Panels can be
bought on site! All other supplies will be provided. Supply fee is
included.
