Art can be a mirror that reveals one's deepest self. Classes will begin with guided visualizations and centering meditations that will help you open to the Soul's voice manifesting through your artwork. Music will be used to help sustain an empty, open space for receiving, trusting and drawing your visions. The instructor will gently guide and support you in putting your most authentic voice on paper. Cost is $150 plus $20 materials fee. For more information, call (615)460-1161.
