The title says it all! Neil McBride will discuss issues faced by lawyers who advise nonprofit organizations. Neil has nearly 30 years of experience advising nonprofit organizations as the Director of Rural Legal Services of Tennessee and in his current role as General Counsel to the Legal Aid Society. He also teaches a clinical seminar on representing nonprofit corporations at the University of Tennessee College of Law. TNVLA is delighted that he has agreed to share his considerable knowledge with us. This will be a great program for TNVLA volunteer lawyers and others interested in working with nonprofit organizations.
This program is FREE and open to the public. There is a fee for lawyers seeking CLE credit: $50 for TNVLA Member Lawyers; $70 for Non-Members (for 2 hours CLE credit). If you would like to attend, you must RSVP to info@tvnla.org by Mon. June 2nd.
